As the media landscape changes, MCNL is acting today to stay relevant and connected. They look ahead to the opportunities and challenges of the future, becoming future-proof together. By combining their strengths, they innovate and ensure that our stories continue to be told for years to come. Noti developed the brand concept and designed the brand identity.

The ‘Samen Sterk Vrouwen West’ Foundation is an organization for and by women from Amsterdam West with the aim of activating and empowering vulnerable women so that all women can fully participate in Amsterdam and Dutch society.

Inspired by their mission and work, Noti teamed up to help them elevate their visibility. We crafted a bold and confident new visual identity that enhances their presence.

A+O VVT, the Dutch Labour Market and Training Policy Foundation (Stichting Arbeidsmarkt- en Opleidingsbeleid Verpleeg-, Verzorgingshuizen, Thuiszorg en Jeugdgezondheidszorg), is dedicated to enhancing and optimizing the labor market in the Nursing, Care Homes, and Home Care sectors nationwide, benefiting both employees and employers. Noti led the development of their new project campaign.

Experts in Balanced Teams (now Women in Sales) is dedicated to fostering diversity within organizations by mediating, placing, and training female sales professionals.

With a forward-looking approach, EBT emphasizes mutual learning—men learn from women, women learn from men—working together to create meaningful impact. Under their new name and refined mission, the focus extends beyond sales to other sectors as well.

We were responsible for developing the visual identity. At the heart of this identity is a powerful symbol composed of two 'W's, representing the balance and collaboration between men and women.

Noti is run by Noortje Boer and Christina Pfeifer. Based in The Netherlands, and fluent in Dutch, English, German and Spanish, we work for clients locally and around the world. 

Our approach is simple: a genuine interest in the people and companies which we choose to work with. Together we create bold concept driven work that lead to smart and relevant design outcomes merging digital and physical spaces.

Noti is built on collaboration and works for brands and initiatives that have a purpose — we like to dedicate our focus to a brighter future, whether it's in the realm of NGOs, scientific and cultural initiatives, or education.
